Flex is spinning off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into SpinCo, with the Quality Manager role located at Guadalajara North Campus. You will develop and coordinate the product assurance program to prevent defects in new or existing products, reporting to the Director of Quality and interfacing with customers and vendors.
Ideal candidates bring strong supplier quality engineering background in electronics manufacturing, fluency in English, and experience with CAPA, KPIs, and
Formación
- BA/BS in Industrial Engineering or similar.
- Strong background in supplier quality engineering in electronics manufacturing.
- Advanced English skills.
- Experience as a quality engineer in PCBA, SMT, assembly, testing.
- Knowledge of KPI analysis (RMB, RTV).
- Experience with corrective and preventive actions & risk management.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Experience in operation planning or manufacturing engineering.
- Willingness to travel.
Responsabilidades
- Develop, implement and coordinate product assurance programs to prevent defects.
- Interface with customers on technical/quality issues and improvement initiatives.
- Lead supplier and regulatory audits and ensure compliance.
- Review and improve quality processes across departments and products.
- Assist in budgeting for product assurance programs.
