Universal Scientific Industrial Co., Ltd. in Mexico is seeking a Quality Coordinator with a passion for operational excellence and team leadership.

You will guide quality strategy to meet customer and industry standards and lead Quality, Quality Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams. This role drives continuous improvement, ensures compliance with quality management systems, and leads internal and external audits while developing action plans to prevent recurrence.

Formación

• Experience in leadership roles within electronics or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and problem-solving methodologies.
• Experience in customer relations and supplier management.
• Strong communication and decision-making skills.
• Advanced English proficiency.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the quality strategy to ensure compliance with customer and electronics industry standards.
• Manage and develop Quality, Quality Engineering, and Supplier Quality teams.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with certifications and quality management systems.
• Lead internal, external, and customer audits.
• Develop action plans for problem-solving and preventing recurrence.
