Qualifications

• Professional degree in a relevant field (e.g., Business Administration or Engineering).
• Minimum 5 years of experience in quality management roles.
• Experience leading teams in a manufacturing setting, preferably automotive.
• Lean and Six Sigma experience is preferred.

Responsabilités

• Act as liaison between customers and plant, manage visits and complaints, pursue corrective actions.
• Lead the quality management system and audits (internal and external).
• Coordinate APQP and product/process quality planning across manufacturing phases.
• Define inspection methods and sampling plans from raw material to final product.
• Lead measurement systems analysis and data-driven process improvement.
• Conduct internal audits and drive root-cause corrective actions via 8D.
• Manage QMS, management reviews, and continuous improvements.
• Ensure compliance with IATF 16949, AS9100D, ISO 14001 and related standards.
• Oversee training of internal auditors and maintain quality documentation.
