LEGO Group busca Inspector/a de Calidad para asegurar que los elementos cumplan con los estándares visuales, funcionales y dimensionales. Se esperan al menos 2 años de experiencia en inspección o auditoría de calidad, con manejo de instrumentos de medición y herramientas de oficina.

La posición ofrece modalidad híbrida en Monterrey y oportunidades para desarrollo profesional dentro de una empresa global de entretenimiento y juguetes.

Qualifications

• Formación técnica o preparatoria terminada y 2 años de experiencia como Inspector o Auditor de Calidad.
• Habilidades de análisis, comunicación, trabajo en equipo y toma de decisiones.
• Conocimientos de Instrumentos de Medición, SAP básico, inglés básico, Excel, PowerPoint y Word.

Responsibilities

• Asegurar la calidad de los elementos verificándolos visual, funcional y dimensionalmente conforme a normas e instrucciones.
• Gestionar material no conforme y reportar incidentes desde otras áreas mediante acción rápida.
• Detener el material no conforme, inspección en almacén y disposición conforme a las normas.
• Reportar situaciones pendientes o relevantes al compañero del otro turno.
• Mantener las 5S en el área de trabajo.

Actividades:

• Asegurar la calidad de los elementos verificándolos visual, funcional y dimensionalmente siguiendo las normas e instrucciones.
• Material no conforme
• Dar seguimiento al material no conforme o defectos reportados desde otra área mediante reacción rápida deteniendo el material, inspección en el Almacén y dar disposición siguiendo normas e instrucciones.
• Reportar cualquier situación pendiente o relevante al compañero del otro turno.
• Mantener las 5´s dentro del área
