How to contribute to our vision
  • Ensure adherence of repair center to SGRE quality management system and standards and coordinate all the quality activity in the repair center.
  • Define inspection plan for repaired components and Nacelle's manufacturing, refurbishment and detect recurrent quality failures of components / suppliers and lead specific tasks forces.
  • Detect recurrent quality failures of components / suppliers and lead specific tasks forces / 8d ´s to identify RCA and corrective actions to reduce the failure rate.
  • Escalate improvement proposals to Technology to improve the new products.
  • Follow up of failed components during warranty period.
  • Designs and coordinates standards and methods for inspection, testing, and evaluation
  • Elaborates and analyzes Quality concepts, methods, tools, and procedures as parts of effective Quality Management Systems, in a specific Quality area, or in an assigned organization unit.
  • Executes the Quality responsibility / tasks according to the operations governance, standards, and procedures.
  • Manage the Repair Shop non-conformities opened by Arazuri warehouse, other warehouses / plants.
  • Detection of supplier non-conformities and follow up.

Manage and analyze components that fail in less than 24 hours.

  • Monitoring of the measurement and monitoring equipment that we have in our facilities.
  • Send the equipment to the supplier for calibration.
  • Prepares Quality-related analyses, concepts, methods, and tools, for respective management to decide.
  • Advice business accountable management in specific Quality-related issues.
  • Ensures and Implements quality related standards, guidelines, and programs in a specific quality area, or in organizational unit(s) assigned.
  • Analyzes working environment and proposes improvements to management.
  • Keeps abreast of industry and legal trends in a specific quality area.
  • Drives and coach unit-related general Quality projects in a specific Quality area.
  • Trains employees in a specific quality area.
  • Ensures effective cooperation with both internal and external stakeholders; clarifies issues.
