Jobtailor in Matamoros, Mexico seeks a Quality Inspector to document defects, perform measurements, and verify production processes. The role requires attention to NCR details, chart interpretation, and adherence to work instructions within the QMS framework.

Responsibilities include capturing evidence, safeguarding tools, and contributing to the Quality Policy while ensuring ISO 9001/14001/45001 compliance. Some college coursework or a high school diploma is expected.

Formación

• Minimum high school diploma or some college coursework.
• One year of experience as a Quality Inspector or at least two years as a Production Operator.
• Use of measuring tools (measuring tape, caliper, multimeter, scales, etc.).
• Basic Microsoft Office skills.
• Knowledge of ISO audits.
• Ability to interpret charts.

Responsabilidades

• Complete NCRs with specific information about defects found during inspection.
• Take photographs as evidence of repairs indicated in NCRs.
• Verify processes by collecting evidence in the QMS according to work instructions.
• Ensure that procedures specified in work instructions are followed in production areas.
• Perform required measurements for CTPs and CTQs.
• Safeguard measuring equipment and tools required to perform the job.
• Carry out other tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
• Understand and contribute to the company’s Quality Policy.
• Perform activities specified in quality procedures in which they are involved.
• Issue process stop notices whenever nonconformities are identified that may affect process or product quality.
• Comply with and enforce all points of TPI’s Internal Work Regulations.
• Ensure compliance with and promote the purpose, Vision, and Values of TPI.
• Ensure the maintenance and continuous improvement of Management System processes (ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
