A leading technology firm is seeking a Quality Excellence Specialist to enhance business processes and ensure compliance with quality standards. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in QA Management and relevant certifications. This full-time role based in San Luis Potosi offers a collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth. Hybrid work arrangements may be available.

Formación

• Minimum of 10 years experience in QA or related functions.
• Membership in a relevant professional body preferred.
• Training in internal and external auditing to ISO 9001.
• Familiarity with integral quality systems and documentation control.

• Manage and update the Company Management Manual.
• Plan and supervise Quality System Audits.

DE C.V.**Profession (Job Category):**Quality Management**Job Schedule:**Full time**Remote:**No**Job Description:****iThe Opportunity**Business Process Quality work focuses on developing, identifying, analyzing, and improving existing general business processes (i.e., back-end processes not related to manufacturing), including: Applying process definition, improvement, and design methodologies to identify, analyze, and improve business processes to improve quality, reduce costs, increase efficiencies/productivity, increase customer satisfaction, etc. Developing documentation to support analysis and improvement, including business requirements, functional specifications, process maps, gap/problem analysis, etc. Planning, implementing, quality assurance, and compliance processes. Some organizations may include supporting the development of training and/or change management materials and activities to support new processes and procedures.
