Siemens is seeking a Quality Engineer – Manufacturing Transfer to lead the Quality Excellence program for a new location. You will implement ISO-based management systems, drive audits, manage deviations, and promote a digital transformation using SharePoint and Power Platform.

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field.
• Experience with Integrated Management Systems and Quality Excellence functions.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015, ISO 14001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 requirements.
• Experience leading internal, external and certification audits.
• Experience managing non-conformities, corrective actions and continuous improvement processes.
• Experience in quality documentation and document control systems.
• Knowledge of risk management methodologies and process-based thinking.
• Experience facilitating training, workshops and quality awareness programs.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Experience using SharePoint and Microsoft 365 collaboration platforms.
• Experience with Power Platform solutions (Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate).
• Experience applying Artificial Intelligence tools to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Strong data analysis and structured decision-making capabilities.

Responsabilidades

• Lead Quality Excellence on new projects focused on process simplification, standardization and digitalization.
• Administer and continuously improve Quality Management System SharePoint platforms and digital repositories.
• Support automation initiatives using Power Automate, Power Apps, Power BI and Artificial Intelligence solutions.
• Facilitate workshops and cross-functional teams for process improvement and problem-solving activities.
• Monitor compliance with corporate and regulatory quality requirements.
• Promote adoption of innovative technologies and AI-driven solutions to improve efficiency, effectiveness and employee experience.
• Act as Quality Excellence interface between Operations, Engineering, Quality, EHS and Management teams.
