ANDREW, an Amphenol company, seeks a Quality Engineer with SQE and process engineering background to drive quality across operations and the supply base, improve manufacturing and service processes, and ensure delivery of high-quality products worldwide.

The role collaborates with suppliers and internal teams to lead root-cause analysis, CAPA and 8D, supports PPAP/APQP, develops supplier scorecards, and applies Lean Six Sigma to advance process documentation, control plans, and standard work.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field.
• 3–7+ years in SQE and/or process/manufacturing engineering.
• Strong root-cause analysis and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of ISO 9001 or similar quality systems and bilingual English/Spanish.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with suppliers to ensure quality standards and performance expectations.
• Lead root cause analysis and CAPA for production and supplier issues.
• Support supplier onboarding, PPAP/APQP, and continuous improvement.
• Develop supplier scorecards and performance metrics.
• Analyze and improve internal processes to boost quality, efficiency, and cost.
• Apply Lean Six Sigma methodologies and maintain control plans and standard work.
• Ensure compliance with ISO and other regulatory standards.
• Track KPIs and drive data-driven quality improvement.
