The Quality Department is responsible for ensuring compliance with customer, company, regulatory, and FAA requirements while driving continuous improvement across manufacturing operations. As a key member of the team, the Quality Engineer supports product and process quality through the implementation of quality systems, root cause investigations, corrective actions, supplier quality management, and new product introductions. This role works closely with cross-functional teams including Manufacturing, Engineering, Supply Chain, and Operations to ensure quality objectives are achieved and sustained.
