Protective Industrial Products seeks a Quality Engineer II to support manufacturing quality initiatives in a fast-paced plant environment. You will analyze quality data, lead root-cause investigations, and implement CAPA across processes and products.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in industrial/ mechanical engineering and 3+ years of quality engineering experience, plus strong English communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

• 3+ years of experience in Quality Engineering within a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced knowledge of English (written and conversational).
• Experience with quality systems, root cause analysis, and problem-solving methodologies.
• Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, 8D, 5 Why, and Fishbone/Ishikawa.
• Experience with process and product quality improvement.
• Ability to analyze quality data and develop CAPA.
• Experience working with SPC, MSA, FMEA, Control Plans, and PPAP.
• Ability to work cross-functionally with Production, Engineering, Maintenance, Materials, and other departments.
• Conduct and support internal and external audits and ensure compliance with quality standards.
• Monitor quality metrics and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
