Shure Latinoamérica in Ciudad Juárez is seeking a Quality Engineer to oversee production processes, ensure products meet quality specs, and implement robust quality controls. You will lead audits, analyze data, and drive corrective actions in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

The role requires a Bachelor’s in Engineering, 4+ years of experience, strong English, advanced MS Office, PFMEA, Minitab, and expertise in metrology.

• Bachelor degree in engineering or equivalent.
• 4+ years as a Quality Engineer in manufacturing.
• English proficiency 85%+ for client communication.
• Experience with process validation, transfers, or line startups.
• SS Green Belt certification desirable.

Responsibilities

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree in Engineering: Electronic, Quality, Industrial or similar areas.
• More than 4 years of experience as a Quality Engineer in Manufacturing areas.
• 85% or higher proficiency in English (experience in client communication).
• Advanced level in MS Office.
• Experience in process validation, transfers, and/or production line startups.
• Intermediate level PFMEA.
• Intermediate level Minitab.
• Advanced level in Metrology.
• Management of multiple projects.
• Demonstrable training and/or SS Green Belt certification is desirable.
