Shure Latinoamérica is seeking a Senior Engineer – Lean Manufacturing to lead Lean and continuous improvement initiatives across our production environment in Ciudad Juárez. You will drive operational excellence by coaching teams, executing kaizen events, and ensuring disciplined daily execution.

Formación

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, industrial engineering, or operational excellence within a manufacturing environment.
  • Bilingual English - Spanish.
  • Demonstrated hands-on experience applying Lean principles and structured problem-solving methods to improve operational performance.
  • Proven experience leading cross-functional improvement projects and delivering measurable business results.
  • Strong ability to collect, analyze, and interpret operational data to support improvement priorities and business decisions.
  • Strong communication, facilitation, project management, and stakeholder influencing skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools, including advanced Excel or other digital tools used for performance tracking, reporting, and improvement analysis.

Responsabilidades

  • Identify continuous improvement opportunities to improve key manufacturing KPIs, including productivity, efficiency, quality, delivery, cost, and employee engagement within manufacturing plant.
  • Lead Lean and continuous improvement projects, kaizen events, and cross-functional initiatives aligned with business priorities, site goals, and the operational excellence roadmap.
  • Develop and strengthen Lean capability across the organization by building Lean skill matrices, coaching team members, delivering training, and supporting leaders and teams in the effective application of Lean Tools.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement by engaging shop floor employees, encouraging improvement ideas, facilitating problem-solving activities, and reinforcing disciplined daily execution.

As Engineer Sr. Lean Manufacturing; you will spearhead Lean and continuous improvement projects, alongside cross-functional initiatives aimed at enhancing business performance. A key aspect of your role will be fostering a sustainable culture of operational excellence throughout the organization.
