Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in a similar position.
• Experience working with OEMs and customer portals.
• Fluent English is a must.
• Strong problem solving skills.
• Ability to negotiate and present information to customer.

Responsibilities

• Ensure compliance with the client's specific requirements.
• Ensure compliance with quality norms and standards in the manufacturing process.
• Address the client's quality complaints and guarantees, comply with response time policy through defined tools (PMP, 8D's, RedX).
• Ensure compliance with the plant's quality indicators using Core Tools, BPS, PFM, etc.
• Promote a philosophy of zero defects through preventive actions based on the quality system.
• Maintain communication with the customer team to ensure compliance with the quality system from the development of new products.
• Develop containment plans when quality issues arise in assembly processes.
• Compliance with ISO 14001, IATF 16949, and ISO 45001 management systems.
• Fulfill customer requirements, corrective actions, PPAP, and validation runs for engineering changes in serial production projects.
• Monitor process capability (CPKs/PPKs) through statistical control tools (Procella and/or MINITAB).
