Job summary

Copeland Guadalajara S.A. de C.V. busca un ingeniero de calidad para garantizar que el material recibido y entregado cumpla con los estándares y normativas ISO 9001:2015.

El puesto implica coordinar auditorías de incoming y de embarque, gestionar RGA’s y reclamos, y reportar indicadores de desempeño de calidad. Se valorará certificación Six Sigma Green Belt, inglés intermedio-avanzado y experiencia en sistemas de gestión de calidad, 5S y seguridad industrial.

Qualifications

• Ingeniería en áreas afines con experiencia en calidad y auditoría.
• Certificación ISO 9001:2015 (deseable) y Six Sigma Green Belt (deseable).
• Inglés intermedio–avanzado (lectura y redacción técnica).
• Conocimiento de buenas prácticas de manufactura, GMP y normativa de comercio exterior.

Responsibilities

• Inspeccionar material incoming y validar especificaciones del producto terminado.
• Coordinar auditorías de embarque y verificar integridad del material previo al envío.
• Gestionar el proceso de RGA’s desde registro hasta cierre con análisis de causa raíz.
• Emitir reclamos a proveedores y dar seguimiento a planes de acción correctiva y preventiva.
• Autorizar créditos de garantía conforme a la evaluación técnica y evidencia documental.
• Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de desempeño de calidad.
• Monitorear indicadores clave (DPPM, Aging, scrap) y desempeño de proveedores.
• Participar en auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.
• Mantener cumplimiento con procedimientos de Comercio Exterior y normas de seguridad (5S/EHS).

Garantizar que el material terminado recibido, almacenado y embarcado desde el almacén de Copeland LATAM cumpla con los estándares de calidad establecidos, asegurando la satisfacción del cliente a través de la inspección efectiva de incoming, coordinación de auditorías de embarque, gestión de RGA’s, reclamos a proveedores y autorizaciones de créditos por garantía. Desarrollar una cultura de cumplimiento, mejora continua y respuesta oportuna a desviaciones, con un enfoque en la prevención y la optimización de procesos logísticos y de calidad. Ingeniería Industrial, Mecánica, Electromecánica o afín (título profesional requerido). Certificación como Auditor Interno ISO 9001:2015 (deseable). Certificación Six Sigma Green Belt (deseable). Inglés: Intermedio – Avanzado (lectura y redacción técnica). Normas ISO 9001:2015 y metodologías de auditoría interna. Sistemas de gestión de calidad (SGC) y mejora continua. Buenas prácticas de manufactura y distribución. Control de indicadores de desempeño (DPPM, RGA’s, Aging, Scrap). Manejo de herramientas estadísticas (Minitab, Excel, Power BI). Normatividad de comercio exterior y cumplimiento regulatorio (Trade Compliance). Cultura 5S y seguridad industrial (EHS).

• Emitir reclamos a proveedores y dar seguimiento a planes de acción correctiva y preventiva.
• Autorizar créditos de garantía conforme a la evaluación técnica y evidencia documental.
• Elaborar y presentar reportes ejecutivos de desempeño de calidad.
• Monitorear indicadores clave: DPPM, Aging, costos de RGA’s y desempeño de proveedores.
• Participar activamente en auditorías internas, externas y de certificación.
• Mantener el cumplimiento con los procedimientos de Comercio Exterior y normativas corporativas.
• Promover la cultura 5S y la seguridad operacional dentro del Almacén.
