Freudenberg is seeking a Quality Engineer to manage and maintain the Integrated Management System across projects, and to lead efforts to stop production when risks arise. You will audit within the system and guide the team to sustain IATF 16949 certifications through continuous improvement initiatives.

The role also includes servicing customers and suppliers via SQE for claims and certifications. Fluency in English and Spanish is expected, with a background in Mechanical, Industrial or

• 3 years experience in the job (desirable).
• 4 years experience as Quality Engineer in Automotive Industry (desirable).
• English and Spanish language skills.

Responsabilidades

• Manage and maintain the Integrated Management System in the assigned projects.
• Stop production in case of risks.
• Lead the team to maintain certifications and recertification of the IMS IATF 16949.
• Serve as Auditor within the Integrated Management System.
• Promote and implement continuous improvement projects.
• Provide service to customers and suppliers for claims, guarantees and certifications.
