Oversees theimplementation of quality management systems, providing technical and administrativeguidance in manufacturing and control processes, with the goal of ensuring productconformity and customer satisfaction. Applies professional concepts, company policies, andprocedures to resolve a variety of complex problems. Works autonomously, receiving generalinstructions for routine tasks and detailed directions for new projects or assignments.Job RequirementsSupervise and coordinate the activities of the Quality Department and assignedpersonnel.• Implement and follow up on quality plans for new products, engineering changes, orproduction transfers.• Support problem-solving related to quality, leading root cause investigations anddetermining corrective and preventive actions.• Ensure proper training and development of Quality team members.• Coordinate internal and external quality audits (AS9100, ISO9001, etc.), managingthe creation, presentation, and maintenance of required documentation.• Ensure compliance with quality standards, regulations, and customer requirements indaily plant operations.• Supervise the implementation and monitoring of inspection plans and acceptancecriteria.• Guarantee proper management and resolution of customer complaints, includingimplementation of appropriate corrective and preventive actions.• Actively participate in continuous improvement of processes and systems, promotingLEAN culture and best practices within the quality area.• Keep updated on new standards, regulations, testing methods, products, and relevanttechnologies.• Facilitate meetings and report quality performance indicators to management andother departments.But what else?
