This role involves managing quality systems, leading a team, and ensuring regulatory compliance for Tequila and RTD products. Provides strategic and technical leadership for product quality and compliance at Casa Herradura Operations. Oversight of laboratory accreditation and effective implementation of quality and food safety systems. Leads a team of quality professionals focused on analysis, housekeeping and sanitation, and regulatory compliance. Drives quality culture, continuous improvement, and manages root cause investigation and corrective actions for quality issues.
The scope includes Tequila & RTD’s chains (Field, Distillery & Bottling, Contract manufacturing) & Mexico’s Distribution & Logistics. As a member of the Casa Herradura Leadership Team, establishes direction and contributes to the organizational objectives achievement and promotes a culture of diversity and inclusion.
