ExactlyIT Inc. is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to define and maintain test runbooks for automated and manual tests, coordinating with SMEs, SWEs, and SREs to integrate tests into CI/CD pipelines. • Demonstrable understanding of test design, exploratory testing, and bug life-cycle management.

Job description

TheQuality Assurance Engineer role creates and maintains a runbook of automatedand manual tests, determining what subsets of tests to perform based on thedifferent stages of the software feature delivery. This role with collaboratewith Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to define and vet the tests; with SoftwareEngineers (SWEs) to extend our test harness to automate, when feasible; thosetests; and with and Site Reliability Engineers (SREs) to incorporate thosetests into our Continuous Integration/Continuous Delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
