A global e-commerce leader is seeking a QAPS Area Manager in Lerma, Mexico, to ensure quality control and problem resolution in fulfillment processes. We are looking for motivated, quality-focused individuals who want to join our team as a QAPS Area Manager (Quality Assurance & Problem Solve) at our Fulfillment Center. This critical role ensures the highest standards of quality control and problem resolution across all operational processes.
In this role, you will lead a specialized team of Quality Assurance (QA) associates and Problem Solvers, being responsible for maintaining excellence in quality metrics, reducing defects, and implementing effective problem-solving strategies. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives while ensuring compliance with Amazon's quality standards and operational requirements. Your team will be instrumental in identifying, tracking, and resolving operational issues that impact customer experience and network efficiency.
