Citigroup Inc. is seeking a Testing Manager to provide full leadership and supervisory responsibility for IT testing teams. You will guide UAT strategies, oversee scripts and plans for production rollout, and ensure quality and timeliness of end results across the testing function.

The role requires strong communication, diplomacy, and the ability to manage budgets and performance evaluations while directing daily tasks and team development.

Formación

• 5-8 years experience within a testing environment.
• In-depth understanding of Systems Development Life Cycle processes.
• Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
• Financial services experience preferred
• Requires communication and diplomacy skills and an ability to persuade and influence.

Responsabilidades

• Supports UAT process and product rollout into production; designs and implements scripts/plans for testing strategy.
• Resolves variable and complex issues with substantial potential impact.
• Improves process efficiencies in support of unit objectives and implements new procedures.
• Develops testing standards and ensures compliance to the standards.
• Manages area integration with IT testing and basic commercial awareness.
• Oversees budgeting and planning within testing teams and directs daily tasks.
• Performs risk assessment and ensures regulatory compliance in decisions.
