Rockwell Automation, a global technology leader, seeks a QA Test Engineer - Manual and Tosca to join its Global Quality Assurance Centre of Excellence in a hybrid setup in Monterrey, MX. You will lead test strategies, collaborate across teams, and promote QA best practices throughout the SDLC.

The role requires 5+ years in manual testing and automation, Tosca certifications AS1/AS2, and experience with Jira/qTest, Selenium, UFT, and scripting languages, within Agile/DevOps environments.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Tosca Certifications: AS1 and AS2.
• 5+ years of experience in Manual Testing and test automation and software development.
• Hands-on experience with Manual testing and test automation tools (e.g., Tosca, Selenium, UFT), test management tools (e.g., Jira, qTest), and scripting languages.
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies and DevOps practices.

Responsabilidades

• Build and execute test strategies, frameworks, and test cases for functional, regression, performance, and data integrity testing.
• Collaborate with business and development teams to ensure test coverage, shift-left practices, and quality improvements.
• Provide training, workshops, and governance to promote QA best practices across teams.
• Manage test environments, tools, and data configurations to support enterprise-wide testing efforts.
• Conduct root cause analysis, code reviews, and contribute to architectural improvements for testability.
