Responsabilidades

  • Serve as a hands-on performance engineering contributor across multiple Agile scrum teams.
  • Prepare Test Data, Workload Models, Test Scenarios, and execute load, stress, soak, scalability, and endurance tests.
  • Conduct performance testing and reliability validation to support software quality assurance.
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable UI and API performance tests/scripts and frameworks; be hands-on SME in JMeter.
  • Collaborate with client teams to understand and anticipate their needs and deliver quality solutions.
  • Analyze complex problems and use critical thinking to develop innovative software solutions.
  • Provide post go-live support and manage release quality assurance activities.
  • Uphold professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements.
  • Mentor junior team members and guide them in QA methodologies and practices

As a QA Performance Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in implementing leading practice standards of quality within our software development and testing processes. You will leverage your technical experience and creative thinking to identify and resolve defects, optimize performance, and enhance user experience. Within our Advisory practice, you will be at the forefront of driving product innovation to meet the evolving needs of clients.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, delivering quality solutions even when the path forward isn’t clear. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, you will utilize a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. Responsibilities
  • Serve as a hands‑on performance engineering senior technical contributor cross‑functional to several Agile scrum teams.
  • Prepare Test Data, Workload Models, Test Scenarios, Plan and Execute load, stress, soak, scalability, and endurance tests.
  • Conducting performance testing and reliability validation to support software quality assurance
  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable E2E UI and API performance tests/scripts and frameworks. Be hands‑on and SME in JMeter.
  • Collaborating with client teams to understand and anticipate their needs and deliver quality solutions
  • Analyzing complex problems and using critical thinking to develop innovative software solutions
  • Providing post go‑live support and managing release quality assurance activities
  • Upholding professional and technical standards in line with firm guidelines and independence requirements
  • Mentoring junior team members and guiding them in quality assurance methodologies and practices
What You Must Have
  • Bachelor’s degree or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
  • At least 4 years of experience
  • Proven experience in Performance Engineering, Performance Testing, and Optimization.
  • Proficiency in performance testing tool - JMeter.
  • Knowledge of application performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, New Relic, AppDynamics).
  • Knowledge of scripting and programming languages (e.g., Python, Java, JavaScript).
  • Oral and written proficiency in English required
