Sokin is seeking a QA Analyst to own end-to-end quality assurance strategy for its technology ecosystem in LATAM (Mexico or Brazil), embedding quality into the engineering workflow and shifting left for faster fintech delivery.

You will design and execute manual and automated tests across mobile, web, and backend, build test plans, collaborate with developers and product managers, and drive CI/CD test coverage and release readiness.

Formación

• 5+ years of QA or test automation experience.
• Ability to design, implement, and manage automated testing solutions in complex environments.
• Experience with Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress, and performance tools (JMeter, Gatling or Artillery).
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).

QA Analyst - LATAM (Mexico or Brazil)

We're seeking an QA Analyst to own the end-to-end quality assurance strategy for Sokin’s technology ecosystem and shift it left into the engineering team, ensuring world-class standards in reliability, performance, and scalability. This role requires deep technical competence, hands-on automation expertise, and the ability to embed quality into the culture of rapid fintech delivery. You will be responsible for validating the quality, reliability, and performance of Sokin’s platform. Working within an automation-first QA function, this role ensures that every product release meets the highest standards before reaching our customers.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute manual and automated test cases across mobile, web, and backend systems.
• Design, maintain, and optimize test plans, test cases, and test data.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in QA or test automation
• Ability to design, implement, and manage automated testing solutions in complex environments.
• Strong proficiency with tools such as Playwright, Selenium, Postman, Cypress and JMeter, Gatling or Artillery.
• Deep understanding of testing messy monoliths and microservices architectures, APIs, and mobile applications.
• Experience integrating testing into CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Jenkins, or equivalent).
• Proficiency in AWS or similar cloud environments.
• Demonstrated leadership in scaling QA functions across multiple delivery teams.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and stakeholder communication skills.
• Fintech or regulated industry experience preferred.
