Job summary

Onetree is seeking Software Engineers with Python experience to design, build, and maintain robust microservices. You will optimize critical modules in Rust when needed and collaborate on scalable, secure architectures.

Candidates should have 3+ years of backend development, strong Python frameworks, and experience with relational and NoSQL databases. On-site work in Polanco, CDMX is required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of backend software development experience.
• Strong Python experience with FastAPI, Django, or Flask.
• Relational databases (PostgreSQL/MySQL) and NoSQL databases (Redis/MongoDB).
• Familiar with Docker, Git, CI/CD, and Agile practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain microservices using Python.
• Identify bottlenecks and optimize by rewriting modules in Rust where needed.
• Collaborate on scalable, secure, highly available architectures.
• Write clean, tested code with unit and integration tests.
