FORVIA HELLA invites a Purchasing Student Intern to join our Tlaquepaque, Mexico site. You will engage directly in purchasing activities and gain hands-on exposure to international sourcing within a global automotive supplier.

You will support foreign trade topics, contribute to commodity technology discussions, assist in benchmarking and raw material data, and provide administrative support to the Purchasing Manager as needed.

Purchasing Student Internship

YOUR TASKS

• Expressing interest and active engagement in the direct purchasing area.
• Providing support in foreign trade topics, improving understanding, and handling of international buying protocols and policies.
• Contributing in technology matrix discussions per commodity, including understanding of technical specifications, efficient sourcing strategies, and tracking market trends.
• Participating in benchmark activities and supporting in the generation of raw material files, maintaining accuracy, and prompt updates to track the organization’s raw material procurement effectively.
• Providing administrative support to the Purchasing Manager as required or necessary.
