HP is seeking a Demand Planner to drive the WW Demand forecast for Product families within the Retail Industry Solutions Portfolio. You will load the Demand Plan and align forecasts to fiscal and calendar shipment goals across the product lifecycle.

Responsibilities include managing connect rates for key components, ensuring high forecast accuracy, and minimizing excess and obsolescence while meeting forecast targets.

Formación

• Experience in a high complexity global supply chain environment delivering complex manufactured products.
• Strong communication skills with the ability to manage stakeholders (Product Marketing to Business Management).
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
• Experience in analyzing large datasets.

The PS Category Operations Team drives the WW Demand forecast for HP’s Personal Systems products. Within this Organization, the ACS Demand Planning Team forecasts Worldwide demand for HP’s Workstations, Cloud Clients and Point of Sales products.

The PS Category Operations Team drives the WW Demand forecast for HP’s Personal Systems products. Within this Organization, the ACS Demand Planning Team forecasts Worldwide demand for HP’s Workstations, Cloud Clients and Point of Sales products.

This role is responsible for Demand Planning for Product families within the Retail Industry Solutions Product portfolio. Incumbent will be required to load forecast to enable business to meet Fiscal and Calendar shipment goals. The incumbent will ensure that order conversion is maximized while delivering a high level of customer experience. The planner will also ensure that Excess and obsolescence on their products is minimized. The role requires the planner to be accountable for meeting forecast accuracy targets while contributing to ongoing projects and initiatives in the Category Operations area.

Job Requirements

• Experience in a high complexity global supply chain environment in delivering complex manufactured products.
• Four-year or Graduate Degree in Supply Chain Management, Manufacturing Engineering, Operations management, Business Administration, or any other related discipline or commensurate work experience or demonstrated competence.
• Experience with analyzing large sets of data.
• Strong communication skills, with the ability to manage stakeholders (stakeholders ranging from Product Marketing to Business Management).
• Proficiency in MS Excel is a must.
