Autoliv seeks a Prototype Planning Engineer to coordinate and manage prototype requests from order receipt through final delivery for Airbag and Seatbelt programs. You will connect customers with internal teams to ensure requirements are understood and executed, driving on-time delivery and milestones.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field with emphasis on engineering.
• Advanced English communication skills (spoken and written) required.
• General knowledge of Production Planning, Material Planning, Operations and Supply Chain.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate and manage prototype requests for Airbag and Seatbelt programs from order receipt through final delivery.
• Act as the main point of contact between customers and internal stakeholders to ensure prototype requirements are understood and executed.
• Collaborate with Program Management, Production Control, Engineering, Prototype Operations, and Supply Chain to ensure timely prototype delivery.
• Monitor prototype schedules, priorities, and milestones; identify risks and develop recovery plans.
• Resolve operational challenges related to material availability, production constraints, logistics, and delivery timelines.
• Support lead-time reduction initiatives and improve prototype planning and execution processes.
• Track prototype performance indicators and contribute to customer satisfaction and on-time delivery objectives.

Educación

Bachelor's Degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or a related technical discipline
