HARMAN is seeking an AME Pilot Factory AME Technician II to supervise prototype manufacturing operations in our Querétaro facility. You will monitor safety, quality, delivery, and cost metrics while coordinating with Engineering and support teams to maintain production plans.

The role requires knowledge of SMT/FA processes, adherence to ISO/IATF quality systems, and leadership to guide technicians as part of a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Formación

• Demonstrated integrity and teamwork in manufacturing environments.
• Experience working in SMT/FA processes and automotive/electronics settings.
• Ability to manage processes and adhere to established systems (ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, ISO 45001).
• Willingness to work across shifts and lead technician teams when required.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise prototype manufacturing operations across all production phases.
• Oversee safety, quality, delivery and cost metrics within the AME Pilot Factory.
• Lead SMT and FA technicians and coordinate with engineering and support teams.
• Ensure pilot production plans are followed with quality and on-time delivery.
• Collect and analyze data to identify problems and guide technicians in problem-solving.
• Identify improvements to reduce waste or scrap and implement changes.
• Ensure adherence to quality, environmental, and safety management systems.
• Manage resources for preventive maintenance and ESD compliance.
• Schedule personnel for production plans and recovery scenarios.
• Maintain 5S practices and proper PPE usage across the line.
