TE Connectivity is seeking an MFG & PROCESS DVL ENGINEER II to support prototype cable assembly shop operations. You will create and maintain build packs and BOMs from RTS requests, ensuring materials are available and ready for execution.

You will coordinate with suppliers and internal teams, maintain accurate build documentation, and help prioritize production work according to business needs, while improving material management processes.

Formación

• 3 years of progressively responsible professional level experience in manufacturing or engineering.
• Experience with connectors and cable assembly is preferred.
• Education in an engineering field (mechanical/electrical) is required or preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Create, maintain, and release build packs and BOMs from RTS requests and prototype orders.
• Review prototype requests and technical docs for completeness and accuracy; resolve missing or conflicting info with stakeholders.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and verify material and tooling availability for prototype order execution.
• Coordinate with suppliers, procurement, and internal stakeholders to resolve material shortages and initiate replenishment.
• Organize prototype orders for execution based on priorities and material readiness; escalate conflicts as needed.
• Collaborate with engineering, quality, and shop ops to ensure accurate build docs.
• Maintain planning and inventory data; support continuous improvement of build pack and material mgmt processes.
• Monitor prototype workload, material status, and order readiness to support schedules and delivery commitments.
