Overview

We are looking for a Product Owner (PO) with strong technical understanding and experience in Python-based environments to lead product definition, prioritization, and delivery. This role bridges business vision and technical execution, ensuring that Python-driven solutions (Django, FastAPI, Flask, etc.) deliver maximum value.

Responsibilities

• Technical Understanding of the Product
• Understand Python fundamentals and frameworks such as Django, FastAPI, and Flask.
• Participate in discussions on architecture, APIs, data integration, and AI models with the development team.
• Backlog Management
• Write and prioritize user stories using tools like Jira, Azure DevOps, or Trello.
• Define acceptance criteria in collaboration with Python developers and QA teams.
• Coordination and Communication
• Act as a liaison between technical teams (Python developers, data engineers) and stakeholders (clients, business units, leadership).
• Organize sprints, reviews, and retrospectives following Agile methodologies (Scrum or Kanban).
• Product Value Management
• Evaluate product performance (speed, scalability, accuracy).
• Propose improvements to maximize technical and business value.
• Typical Projects
• Internal automation tools (scripts, APIs, bots).
• Data and analytics platforms built in Python (Pandas, Airflow).
• AI or Machine Learning applications (scikit-learn, TensorFlow).
• Web application backends (FastAPI, Flask).

Requirements

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience:3+ years as a Product Owner or similar role in Python environments.
• Practical knowledge of frameworks (Django, FastAPI, Flask) and Agile methodologies.
• Technical Skills:Familiarity with REST APIs, software architecture, and AI/ML concepts.
• Ability to read and understand Python code (not required to code at an expert level).
• Tools: Jira, Azure DevOps, Trello, Git.
• Languages: Advanced English (mandatory).
