Swiss Re seeks a meticulous Property Facilities Underwriting Coordinator I to support the US North America underwriting team. You will review portfolio information, analyze data, identify trends, and provide clear findings to underwriters, brokers, and clients.

Qualifications

• University degree; financial services, insurance, risk management, business, accounting, or related field preferred.
• High proficiency in English, written and verbal.
• Experience in insurance operations, underwriting support, or data analysis.
• Strong Excel skills with data reconciliation and summarization.
• Ability to understand contract language and apply requirements consistently.
• Analytical thinking, detail orientation, organization, and follow-through.
• Professional communication with brokers, clients, underwriters, and internal partners.

Responsabilités

• Review and analyze bordereaux, portfolio reports, and supporting information for completeness and accuracy.
• Identify data anomalies, gaps, trends, and issues; provide findings and recommendations.
• Use contract language and business requirements to guide reviews and execution.
• Communicate with brokers and clients to obtain information and clarify requirements.
• Support facility submissions, risk clearance, compliance, binding, and post-bind activities.
• Maintain accurate underwriting records and ensure proper documentation storage.
• Use Excel and Power BI to analyze portfolio information and prepare summaries.
• Collaborate with underwriters and cross-functional partners (Contracts, Tech Accounting, Claims, Ops).
• Manage multiple priorities and recurring deliverables with quality and accuracy.
• Question processes, identify improvements, and contribute to team projects.
• Take initiative to resolve issues and support continuous improvement.
