Job summary

Valeo invites motivated students to join as Projects Trainee/Apprentice for 6 to 12 months. This internship offers hands-on exposure to planning, documenting, and coordinating projects within a global automotive tech leader.

You will support PMs, assist with schedules and budgets, and gain practical PM experience in a fast-paced team environment. You will work closely with internal teams and external stakeholders, prepare data summaries, and participate in meetings.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
• Strong organizational and time management skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Proactive attitude and a strong willingness to learn and adapt.
• Basic understanding of project management principles is a plus.

• Support the development and maintenance of project documentation, including schedules, budgets, and reports.

• Conduct research and gather information pertinent to ongoing projects.

• Prepare presentations and summaries of project data.
• Participate in project meetings and provide administrative support as needed.
• Contribute to process improvement initiatives within the project management office.

Requirements
