Description

• Assure the closure of 8D’s reports.
• Apply 5S methodology.
• Planning of projects assigned to the Automotive Laboratory department.
• Management and allocation of Interior/Exterior time and resources.
• Main channel of communication with the client about the technical progress of projects in collaboration.
• Administrative support to Interior/Exterior in collaboration with the PL and the Head (project billing, follow-up with the Finance area).
• Communication and coordination of resources and personnel in collaboration with the Head and Project Leader between departments (MVS, Maintenance, Quality, HR).
• Coordination of meetings and/or visits between clients and the Interior/Exterior department.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or related
• 1+ year of experience in the automotive industry.
• Knowledge of project management and/or planning (Basic).
• Knowledge of plastic and/or metal automobile parts language. (Basic).
• Gather of technical information, lessons learnt, concepts and customer requirements.
• Software Microsoft Planner and Microsoft Project (Basic).
• Fluent English.
• Technical English is a plus.
