HCLTech in Monterrey seeks an experienced Project Manager to lead an SAP implementation team and drive business transformation for clients. You will oversee change management activities, stakeholder engagement, and benefits realization across design, build, and post-implementation phases.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in business consulting, fluent Spanish and English, and a postgraduate business degree. This role offers a challenging, client-facing environment with growth opportunities.

Formación

• Minimum of 5 years in business consulting.

• Post-graduate business degree or equivalent.

HCL Tech is looking for Project Manager with experience managing SAP implementation team.

SKILLS:

• Experience supporting change management for ERP or technology-enabled business transformation programs – from design through to implementation and review
• Ability to design and execute role definitions, process designs, security authorization mappings, stakeholder management assessments, benefits cases, and communications strategies and deliverables
• Experience in identifying, analyzing, and communicating changes to work, process, personnel, and technology in a manner that facilitates smooth organizational transition to the new future state
• Proven experience delivering significant business benefits during successful SAP implementations
• Outstanding consulting and analytical skills
• A minimum of 5 years internal or external business consulting experience
• The ability to work at all levels within organizations
• Post-graduate business degree or equivalent experience

SAP experience strongly desired

• Spanish conversant and writing skills as well as English
• To support business transformation for clients through Change Management activities and deliverables focused on minimizing impact to business performance and accelerating benefits realization
• To engage with stakeholders across all levels of client organizations to ensure that the business is prepared to accept and adopt new and modified technology, processes, and organizational structures
• To execute on comprehensive business change, transition, and post-implementation support strategies that inform, educate, and prepare impacted stakeholder groups to achieve transformation outcomes
