Bluelight Consulting seeks an experienced Project Manager to steer software initiatives in a fast-paced consultancy. You will lead projects end-to-end, coordinate cross-functional teams, and ensure deliverables meet client expectations and deadlines.

You will collaborate with executives, manage risks, and communicate progress while supporting a growth-focused environment that values continuous learning and professional development.

Formación

• 5+ years professional experience managing software development projects.
• Experience delivering against fixed, immovable external deadlines (e.g., product launches, trade shows) with critical-path and buffer management.
• Experience managing a client dependency register with required-by dates, owners, and escalation paths.
• Experience with formal risk registers and change-control processes.
• Experience managing project scope, budget, resourcing, and timelines across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Experience coordinating third-party vendor dependencies (contracts, credentials, integration timelines).
• Experience running Agile/Scrum or Kanban teams.
• Experience with milestone/gate-based acceptance criteria and client-facing status reporting.
• Experience with project management and tracking tools (Jira, Asana, or similar).
• Strong stakeholder management skills, including experience translating technical concepts for non-technical clients and executives.
• Experience identifying, tracking, and mitigating project risks and dependencies.
• Substantial background working with large, complex systems and distributed engineering teams.
• Ability to overlap US business hours.
• Bachelor's degree required
