Valeo Site Projects in Querétaro seeks a P1 Project Manager to lead automotive development projects at our site. You will drive cross-functional teams, manage budgets, and ensure milestones are met with champions of Valeo standards.

You will collaborate with customers and internal stakeholders, prepare governance reports, and promote sustainable, safe, and efficient vehicle solutions as part of a global automotive supplier.

• Proven experience in project management within automotive or supplier industries.

Responsabilidades

• Manage projects operationally and functionally assigned.
• Lead OEM/OES projects with known tech components.
• Ensure KPI achievement for profitability, quality, and ramp.
• Secure project resources and control them.
• Escalate issues to relevant functions promptly.
• Define and manage project scope, budget, and milestones.
• Prepare decision papers for governance and challenge teams.
• Manage changes and coordinate with internal and customer teams.
• Apply Design to Cost methodology across projects.
• Lead PTMs and develop all team members.
• Maintain customer relationships and report progress to stakeholders.
• Promote Valeo values and standards within project teams.
