Confidential is seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead technology and software development projects from initiation through delivery. You will drive end-to-end delivery and coach cross-functional teams, using Azure DevOps to plan, track, and report while aligning stakeholders across technical and business units.

The role requires hands-on software project leadership, strong English communication for US collaboration, and familiarity with Azure or AWS.

Formación

• Bachelor degree and Cédula profesional.
• 4–5 years of experience as a Senior Project Manager.
• Proven success delivering end-to-end software projects.
• Practical experience with Azure or AWS.
• Familiarity with agile/Scrum methodologies (not a Scrum Master).
• Strong English communication for daily collaboration with US-based teams.
• Proven stakeholder management skills and a results-driven mindset.
• Excel, Power BI
• AI experience is a plus and will be supported during onboarding.

Responsabilidades

• Use Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, CI/CD visibility and reporting.
• Support cloud adoption efforts (Azure preferred; AWS acceptable).

Summary

We are seeking a delivery-focused Senior Project Manager to lead technology and software development projects from initiation through delivery. Certification is not required. The ideal candidate has proven team leadership, hands-on experience with software projects, and strong familiarity with Azure DevOps

• Own end-to-end delivery: define scope, plan schedules, manage budgets, and ensure successful project closure.
• Lead, coach and coordinate cross-functional project teams; drive execution, performance tracking and continuous improvement.
• Apply agile/Scrum best practices from a PM perspective to enable timely, high-quality delivery (without acting as Scrum Master).
• Manage stakeholder engagement across technical and business partners; ensure alignment, clear reporting and expectations management.
• Identify, track and mitigate project risks and issues; escalation appropriately.
• Use Azure DevOps for planning, tracking, CI/CD visibility and project reporting.
• Support cloud adoption efforts (Azure preferred; AWS experience acceptable).
