A leading technology company in Mexicali is seeking a Project Manager to oversee project efficiency and deliverables. The role involves managing resources, reporting outcomes, and leading projects from inception to deployment. Candidates should have a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3-4 years of project management experience, with strong skills in project management methodologies and tools.

Formación

• 3-4 years of proven project management experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.

Responsabilidades

• Assign and monitor resources for project efficiency.
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to management.
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment.
• Develop the project team for maximum performance.
• Establish and maintain relationships with client stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assign and monitor resources to ensure project efficiency and maximize deliverables
• Report project outcomes and/or risks to the appropriate management channels and escape issues, as necessary, according to project work plan
• Lead projects from requirements definition through deployment, identifying schedules, scopes, budget estimations, and implementation plans, including risk mitigation
• Develop the project team to ensure maximum performance, by providing purpose, direction, and motivation
• Establish and maintain relationships with relevant client stakeholders, providing day-to-day contact on project status and changes
• Develop and maintain partnerships with third‑party resources, including vendors and researchers

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or related field.
• Proven project management experience (3-4 years preferred).
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and tools, including proficiency in Microsoft Project.
• Fluent in spoken and written English.
• Excellent communication skills in both verbal and written forms.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Results‑oriented mindset with a focus on quality and excellence.
