Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate and execute strategic improvement opportunities aligned to strategies and business goals; validate project implementation levels and deliverables with project leaders, including project risk escalation support.
• Ensure compliance with proper methodology utilization and essential documentation to achieve sustainable improvements and employee engagement in continuous improvement (CI) programs, through PMO, SDT, and IDEA.
• Provide support in solution and impact analysis, and potentially lead strategic impacts.
• Create detailed analyses, outline problems and opportunities, forecast and budget, plan projects, track registry and execution, communicate status, and escalate when needed.
• Perform variance analysis and reporting (programs, KPIs/metrics). Support internal programs development, administration, and tools (training and guidance).

Education

Bachelor's degree (Industrial Engineering, Systems or similar). Lean/GB certification desired; applied project experience is required.

Skills/Experience

• Analytical thinking and problem solving; detail-oriented with high accuracy
• Process modeling and statistical analysis (Lean/GB certification desirable)
• Understanding of databases and data structures
• Practical use of Excel (advanced desirable)
• English (written/spoken, ~80% desirable)
• Interpersonal and consultative skills; facilitation and strong organizational abilities
