Job summary

UL Solutions seeks a seasoned project leader to manage the implementation of small to medium initiatives. You will guide project teams, handle front-line activities, and escalate risks while coordinating with business units and finance to measure ROI and other financial metrics.

You will ensure governance compliance, manage budgets, and maintain stakeholder communications throughout the life cycle, including security practices and company conduct guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related fields.
• Strong project management and team leadership skills.
• Experience with project and portfolio management tools (Excel, Visio, MS Project, Clarity).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; sponsor reporting and escalation experience.
• Ability to anticipate risks and devise solutions.
• Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Responsibilities

• Acts as front-line contact on project related activities, issues, and risks.
• Manages the project risks and issues and escalates accordingly.

• Adheres to program and project governance (controls).
• Plans the overall project and monitors the progress and performs Daily project management throughout the project's life cycle.

• Manages and utilizes resources.
• Aligns the deliverables to the project's outcome with aid of the business change manager.
• Read and follow UL Code of Conduct and follow all physical and digital security practices.

Total Rewards:

We understand compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. The estimated salary range for this position is $68,500-$80,000 and is based on multiple factors, including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, as well as other factors. This position is eligible for annual bonus compensation with a target payout of 10% of the base salary. This position also provides health benefits such as medical, dental and vision; wellness benefits such as mental and financial health; and retirement savings (401K) commensurate with the standard rewards offered in each individual location or country. We also provide full-time employees with paid time off including vacation (15 days), holiday and personal days (totaling 12 days), and sick time off (72 hours).
