Orbis Agency is seeking a Project Manager to coordinate digital marketing projects for multiple clients from its base in Mexico. The role requires 2+ years as PM, expertise in ClickUp, and knowledge of SEO/SEM and social media management.

You will work with cross-functional teams including design, social media, and web development to deliver on time and within budget. Strong communication and leadership are essential for success.

Formación

• Education in digital marketing, business, or project management.
• Minimum experience as Project Manager with 2+ years.

Our agency works with clients across several Spanish-speaking countries, helping them meet their business and communication goals through corporate identity design, social media management, audiovisual content, digital marketing, and product design.

General Information

Education: Bachelor's degree in Digital Marketing, Business Administration, Project Management, or a related field.
Age: 25-40 years old.
Gender: Open to all applicants.

• At least one year of experience usingClickUp as the primary project management platform.


• A proactive mindset, with the ability to anticipate challenges and propose effective solutions.


• At least two years of previous experience as a Project Manager, preferably within a digital marketing agency or a related industry.


• Knowledge of digital marketing, including SEO, SEM, social media strategies, and campaign management.


• Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure without losing attention to detail.


• Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead multidisciplinary teams.


• Proficiency in additional tools such asGoogle Workspace, CRM platforms, and data analytics tools.

Required Skills and Experience

• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.


• Experience creating and managing project timelines and budgets.


• Familiarity with design or editing tools such as Adobe Creative Cloud is desirable.


• Experience working with agile methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
