Ivemsa in Mexicali is looking for a Project Engineer to oversee engineering projects from concept to implementation. This role requires managing timelines, budgets, and quality standards while collaborating with Operations, Quality, and Supply Chain.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and has 3-5 years of experience in manufacturing. Critical skills include Lean Manufacturing knowledge and proficiency with CAD software. Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Formación

• 3–5 years of experience in manufacturing or industrial environments.
• Knowledge of PFMEA, Control Plans, and process documentation.
• Strong analytical, communication, and project management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Lead manufacturing projects from planning to implementation.
• Support New Product Introduction, product transfers, and production ramp-ups.
• Coordinate equipment, tooling, and process validation activities.
