Rotating on call with the team, 1 week every 6 - 8 weeks, this can involve some support after hours, and candidates need to be open to this (sometimes issues extend beyond the end of business day and they need to resolve, sometimes changes are deployed after work hours. any weekend/holiday support is very rare).

Experience and Technical Skills

• Mostly Backend Development (4+ years), but Fullstack would be good
• Strong Node JS skills (4+ years)
• Microservices
• Need some Java skills (the work is maybe 30% Java)
• Fullstack experience with React on the front end is nice to have (they have a React UI but don't have to do much with it)

Soft Skills

• Interested in someone who is a gogetter, interested in learning, can pick up new technologies quickly and figure things out on their own without much hand holding.
