Molex is seeking a Program Manager to provide strategic and operational leadership for a Connectivity program, translating business priorities into executable plans and using reliable data to assist teams in decisions. You will own an assigned program, coordinating with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales and suppliers.

The role requires collaboration across functions, structured planning, and strong communication to ensure governance and sustainable results.

Formación

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or International Business or related field.
  • Experience leading programs or complex projects in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience establishing and monitoring program KPIs, project structures, schedules, risks and action plans.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing or Sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and program management tools, including scheduling tools and action trackers.
  • Advanced English proficiency with ability to communicate program information to internal and external stakeholders.

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for an assigned program with clear phases, milestones, responsibilities and success measures.
  • Develop and maintain a structured program plan with KPIs and reporting.
  • Translate priorities into coordinated actions across multiple functions.
  • Lead program reviews highlighting progress, risks and decisions.
  • Coordinate new product launches with resource, budget and risk alignment.
  • Use insights to identify opportunities and inform timely decisions.
  • Communicate status, priorities, and risks to stakeholders and customers.
  • Promote accountability and disciplined follow-through across the program lifecycle.

Molex is seeking a Program Manager to join our team. In this newly created role, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for an important Connectivity program, establishing the structure, visibility and cross-functional alignment required to support profitable growth and operational performance.

You will have the opportunity to take full ownership of an assigned program, translate business priorities into executable plans and use reliable data to help teams make informed decisions.

Our Team

Our program management team works across the organization to connect business strategy with execution on the manufacturing floor. You will collaborate with Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales, suppliers and other stakeholders to strengthen program governance and deliver sustainable business results

What You Will Do

  • Provide end-to-end leadership for an assigned program, establishing clear phases, objectives, milestones, responsibilities and measures of success.
  • Develop and maintain a structured program plan supported by accurate data, meaningful KPIs and clear reporting.
  • Translate strategic business priorities into coordinated actions across Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing, Sales and suppliers.
  • Lead program reviews that highlight progress, strengths, weaknesses, dependencies, risks and required decisions.
  • Coordinate new product launches and releases while aligning resources, budgets, risks and stakeholder expectations.
  • Use business and operational insights to identify opportunities, challenge assumptions and support timely decision-making.
  • Communicate program status, priorities and risks clearly to internal stakeholders and external customers.
  • Promote accountability, urgency and disciplined follow-through across the program lifecycle.

Who You Are (Basic Qualifications)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business or a related field.
  • Experience leading programs or complex projects from planning through execution in a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience establishing and monitoring program KPIs, project structures, schedules, risks and action plans.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional stakeholders across areas such as Engineering, Manufacturing, Quality, Logistics, Purchasing or Sales.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and program management tools, including scheduling tools and action trackers.
  • Advanced English proficiency, with the ability to communicate program information to internal stakeholders and external customers.

What Will Put You Ahead

  • Project or program management certification, or formal training in business strategy or leadership.
  • Experience combining manufacturing-floor knowledge with a strategic business perspective.
  • Experience supporting new product launches, program budgets, resource planning and risk management.
  • Experience using Gantt charts, SWOT analysis, four-quadrant analysis or similar program-management methodologies.
  • Experience with SAP.
  • Demonstrated ability to create urgency, make informed decisions and influence stakeholders across functions.
