Adient is seeking a Production Supervisor at Technotrim Monclova to direct daily manufacturing operations, oversee safety, quality and efficiency, and mentor team members to meet production goals.

You will plan production schedules, review orders, resolve operational issues, and ensure compliance with company policies and applicable laws. The role also involves coaching and maintaining housekeeping standards to deliver world-class seating components.

Responsabilidades

• Supervises production team members; directs daily activities of production workers and carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with policies and laws.
• Follows collective bargaining agreement (if applicable), plant rules, safety rules, attendance policy and all other plant programs relating to production employees.
• Takes appropriate action to address employee performance and/or behavior.
• Supervises production operation to ensure compliance with methods, quality standards, safety regulations and efficient equipment operation.
• Reviews production orders to ascertain product data such as types, quantities, and specifications to plan department operations.
• Plans production operations, establishing priorities and sequences for manufacturing products; prepares schedules and coordinates activities to meet specs and exceed customer expectations.
• Reviews production and operating reports and resolves operational, manufacturing, and maintenance problems to minimize costs and delays.
• Inspects machines and equipment to ensure operational performance and optimum utilization.
• Compiles, stores and retrieves production data.
• Develops or revises standard operating practices and ensures compliance with standards.
• Establishes and maintains safety and housekeeping practices and ensures training for safe operation of equipment.
• Provides counseling, coaching and training to develop a qualified, quality-conscious workforce delivering world-class products.
• Adheres to and promotes HS&E policies and procedures.
