• Manages manufacturing front-end processes according to procedures.
• Ensures adherence to safety rules and internal work instructions.

Responsabilités

• Prepare wafers, components or semi-products and monitor related stocks.
• Process components or semi-products/products according to specifications and quality standards.
• Perform basic machine setup and CNC/SPS programming if required.
• Cooperate with maintenance technicians and external service providers for repairs.
• Lead and supervise process execution, resources and personnel.
• Initiate immediate problem solving when dysfunction occurs.
