Job summary

Freudenberg Group in Mexico seeks an Industrial Engineer to monitor production programs and batch standards across processes, ensuring production is executed within defined parameters. You will ensure compliance with the production plan, manage feedstock requirements, and maintain product quality to meet customer specifications, with 5S applied in the workspace.

Candidates should hold a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related production field, have at least 3 years in the role

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in Industrial Engineering or related in production processes.
• At least 3 years experience in the position, automotive industry experience desirable.
• Knowledge in MCU Chemical processes desirable.
• Knowledge in IATF 16949
• Knowledge in ISO 14001, 45001 and 50001, SAP (basic)

Responsibilities

• Monitor the program and batch production standards in each process.
• Ensure production is implemented within parameters for each piece vs. identified processes.
• Ensure compliance with the production plan.
• Cover feedstock requirements in the area identified by requisitioning and storage components.
• Maintain product quality according to customer requirements.
• Implement response plans if necessary (part out of spec).
• Apply 5s within the workspace.
