A leading food manufacturer in Querétaro is seeking a Production Supervisor to manage the production plan, ensure safety and quality, and lead a team of over 10 individuals. The ideal candidate has a degree in engineering and at least 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment. This role emphasizes collaboration and continuous improvement within the production team.

Formación

  • 3 years of experience in plant/Manufacturing as an Analyst.
  • Experience managing operative teams of more than 10 people.

Do you have a passion for driving operational excellence in manufacturing while ensuring safety, quality, and efficiency? Join our Production team as a Production Supervisor. In this role, you’ll ensure the safe and efficient execution of the production plan for your assigned shift, achieving the four key metrics of EHS (Environment, Health & Safety), QFS (Quality, Food Safety), Cost, and Service.

You’ll lead the coordination of your line’s team members, fostering collaboration and clear communication with maintenance and support functions to prevent downtime and optimize performance. Working closely with administrative and service teams, you’ll guarantee that all processes run smoothly, standards are met, and targets are consistently achieved. This position is based in Queretaro.

A Taste of What You’ll Be Doing
  • Production Plan Compliance: Ensures execution of the production plan for the assigned shift, leading daily performance review meetings (DDS1) and maintaining accurate, legible, and reliable records in the shift logbook.
  • Performance Monitoring & Reporting: Updates performance indicator boards, attends DDS2 and DDS3 reviews, and effectively communicates results, priorities, and risks from the previous shift to ensure continuity and alignment.
  • Issue Resolution & Continuous Improvement: Identifies performance trends, coordinates root cause analyses, and implements corrective actions in collaboration with maintenance and technical teams.
  • Team Leadership & Support: Leads the line team, ensuring adherence to operational, safety, and quality standards, while reporting personnel-related information and supporting staff in incident situations.
  • Cross-Functional Coordination: Engages with Quality, Autonomous Maintenance, RM, and Service teams to review performance, align on upcoming activities, and ensure smooth coordination across shifts and functions.
We’re Looking for Someone With
