Your Tasks

• Meet production targets (quality, cost, delivery, safety, environment)
• Lead and coordinate production teams and daily operations
• Monitor processes and implement corrective actions for deviations
• Ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement
• Manage materials, equipment, and resolve production issues
• Support new product/process implementation and maintenance activities
• Lead projects and track performance/KPIs

Your Qualifications

• Technical education or diploma in Manufacturing/Engineering or related field
• 3–5 years of experience in production or manufacturing
• Leadership and team management skills
• Knowledge of production processes, quality, and improvement methods
• Problem-solving and organizational skills
• Experience working with cross-functional teams and projects
